Glide the device in upward motions from the bottom of your neck to your jawline. Repeat this movement, covering your entire neck. Make sure to avoid your throat.

Lift Your Hands

Glide the device down each finger thrice. Then glide over the back of your hand in small circular movements. Repeat these movements on the other hand.

Finish
