What cellulite actually is

Cellulite is the dimpled look created by fat pushing against bands of connective tissue under the skin. It is completely normal, very common, and has nothing to do with being unclean or unfit.

Because it sits below the surface, anything you do on top of the skin cannot reach the structure that causes it.
